The Forum works to strengthen relationships and address issues of mutual concern affecting Mi’kmaq communities.

Guided by recommendations from the Royal Commissions on the Donald Marshall Jr. Prosecution and Aboriginal Peoples, the Tripartite Forum operates through Executive, Officials, and Working Committees, with representation from all three parties.
