Mental Wellness Services

The Mental Wellness Team provides holistic wellness services for First Nations individuals of all ages across the five Unama’ki communities and Paqtnkek. The team coordinates and delivers services in collaboration with relevant community and provincial organizations to enhance and facilitate access to existing services.

Our services include advocacy and case management/service navigation, counselling, behavioral support for children and youth, cultural support and traditional healing service linkage, Indian Day School supports, youth physical wellness project, and a variety of additional programs and workshops.
