Operations

The Operations Department at the Union of Nova Scotia Mi'kmaq plays an essential role in supporting the organization’s daily operations by ensuring that services, resources, and internal systems run efficiently and effectively. Working behind the scenes, the department helps maintain facilities, coordinate logistics, and manage operational needs that support staff and departmental functions across the organization. The department also works closely with the Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer, providing key operational and administrative support that helps advance organizational priorities, maintain efficiency, and ensure the smooth functioning of UNSM’s internal operations.
