The Union of Nova Scotia Mi'kmaq in partnership with the Confederacy of Mainland Mi'kmaq is hosting a Youth Cultural Camp from September 8-10th at Hunters Mountain Airstrip in the Cape Breton Highlands. This is for youth between the ages of 15-29 who currently reside across Mi'kma'ki.

**This is a drug and alcohol free event*‍

Participants for the Youth Cultural Camp have been selected. A camping information package will be sent out to the selected participants via email.

All selected youth and volunteers are required to be at the Crowdis Mountain airstrip (Hunter’s Mountain) between 4:00 – 5:00 PM on Friday, September 8 for orientation purposes. Exceptions are made for those travelling from the South Shore.

THIS IS A PRVIATE AND SACRED EVENT. Drugs (including THC) and/or alcohol are prohibited. Please respect the UNSM and the CMM in their efforts to pass Mi’kmaw teachings to our youth.
