IMPORTANT NOTICE – RESPITE SERVICES

We’ve become aware that some families have started respite services before receiving approval from Indigenous Services Canada (ISC) and are seeking reimbursement for those respite hours used.

Please be aware:

·      If you choose to begin respite without ISC approval, you must keep accurate records so you may be reimbursed if approval is later granted.

·      ISC will not accept reimbursement forms that appear to have been completed all at once.

To avoid reimbursement being rejected:

·      Complete your reimbursement form each time your child receives respite

·      Use the attached digital form to keep records up to date: https://form.jotform.com/240864158487064
