This Request for Proposal is to conduct extended inspections (extension of the ACRS program). The Extended Asset Condition Reporting System (E-ACRS) inspections provide a more detailed assessment than an ACRS inspection, including consideration of each asset’s components for a 35-year lifecycle costing assessment of all ISC-funded assets.
